Sr Vice President & Head Corporate Relations in Tata Realty, is known for developing Archery in the country. He started Compound archery in the year 2004 in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He was instrumental in broad basing and popularizing the tribal sport of Archery not only in Jharkhand but across the country. Under his patronage, coaching and guidance, Jharkhand emerged on the Archery World map in 2006 when Paltan Hansdah became the first tribal Junior World Champion, Jhanu Hansdah the first Asian Champion. Since then Jharkhand has been home to the top archers of the country who won laurels at various World and Asian Championship.
