SRS’s School Feeding Program signifies the combination of Nutrition and Education

System Research Society’s School Feeding Program highlights the significance of nutritional meals in educational campus. SRS undertakes the School Feeding Program in schools located in Hyderabad with about 700 students belonging to the economically marginalised sections of the society. Under the programme, nutritional meals are prepared and provided to the students during their lunch-breaks in the school. The School Feeding Program has resulted in an increase in school enrolment ratio, combated school absenteeism and catalysed in achieving 100% pass result. The School Feeding Program has not only decreased the pressure on Parents/Guardians, it has also increased and motivated the students to attend the school regularly. SRS’s School Feeding Program has supported Student’s academic progress and ensured that the educational journey is not stalled.
